- 48 active members attended our virtual AGM
- The members directed the Board to focus on rebuilding the club this year
- The VML Board will establish new committees to facilitate the rebuilding efforts
- There were several proposed amendments to the VML Bylaws, however since a quorum was not present, these were referred to the soon-to-be-formed Bylaws Committee
- The VML membership in attendance voted 75% against whether the 2021 Board should pursue VML becoming a BC Society
